ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

1.  Select the course # and title from the "Course List" below.
2.  E-mail me with the above course request.
3.  I will respond to you with a "Pay Pal" payment request for the course you have selected.  Please follow the "Pal Pal" instructions for payment request.  
4.  Once I receive your course request and payment, I will e-mail you the following: 
1. The course you have requested. 
2. Multiple question test for the course.  
5.  Upon completing the test, it is your responsibility to mail me your test using the U.S. Mail Postal Service.  Mail to:

6.  Upon grading your test with a passing grade, I will send you (through U.S. Mail Postal Service) your "Certificate of Completion".
7.  If you do not achieve a passing grade, I will e-mail you the questions you missed.  You can re-take the test until you pass.

Aloha, I am Geno Ortiz L.M.T., C.E.O./Founder/and Instructor.  I have been licensed in Hawaii since 1980.  A few of my accomplishments in professional massage includes:  *I am Hawaii's only Massage Therapist selected by the International Olympic Committee for both Winter and Summer Olympic Games * Principal Therapist at many Orthopedic, Medical, & Chiropractic centers * Courtside Muscular Massage Therapist for the Pro Beach Volleyball Association, M.M.T. for several pro Sports Teams, Therapist at many Hotels (California and Hawaii).  My Sports Medicine education included studies at: University of Oregon, Whittier College, Long Beach State University and several other West Coast Colleges. The key to functional and effective massage therapy includes the knowledge of: Muscle physiology, kinesiology, muscles interaction with other body systems, and muscular likes/dislikes just to name a few.  With wise choices of your educational options, you can rise to the top in the massage profession.
